Her newest development of a program titled “The 3 Cs” combines spiritual coaching, journalling, crystals and meditation in order to approach healing in a linear way.
She offers reiki treatments in-person in her healing room in Beccles, or through distance reiki. Spiritual life coaching can be in-person or via Zoom.
