Whether you’re a healer, reader, crafter, maker, wellness practitioner, or something entirely unique, we’re always excited to welcome new and returning stallholders to our events.
This form allows you to register as a stallholder and book events organised by Orion Events and other Event Organisers working in collaboration with Orion Community.
To help keep our events safe, professional, welcoming, and well-organised for everyone, all new stallholders are asked to complete this form before their first booking can be accepted.
The information you provide allows us to keep accurate business and contact details, confirm relevant insurance, qualifications, and safety requirements, and ensure everyone attending our events is trading responsibly.
You only need to complete the registration sections of this form once. After registering, you’ll be able to use our shorter Stallholder Booking Form for future event bookings, unless your details change.
You can also use this form to select the events you would like to attend. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant Event Organiser.
