Whether you’re a healer, reader, crafter, maker, or wellness practitioner, we’re always excited to welcome both new and returning stallholders to our events.
To keep our events safe, professional, and well-organised for everyone, all stallholders are asked to complete a one-time Stallholder Registration & Compliance Form.
This allows us to confirm business registration, insurance, and essential safety details, and ensures everyone trading at Orion Events is operating on the same footing.
This form is not a booking form and does not secure a stall on its own.
Once your registration and compliance details have been reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to book spaces at our events using the Stallholder Booking Form.
Here you’ll also find information about event dates, set-up times, and how we support stallholders before, during, and after each fair.
