Calm at the Barn Festival 2025 - Camping Booking Form

  1. All pitches are £50.00 for the 2 nights, Electric Hook-up is available for £10.00 extra.

  2. Arrival from 6:00pm Friday 29th August 2025 until after 5:00pm Sunday 31st August 2025. (If you need to depart earlier please email jenny@orionevents.co.uk to discuss arrangements).

  4. Your pitch will be confirmed once this form has been submitted AND payment has been made.

  5. All payments are non-refundable or transferable.

  6. Times for the freebie extras.. (please state which you would like to attend)
    Friday from 9:00pm - Relaxation/Sleep Meditation
    Saturday from 7:00pm Sound bath then campfire.
    Stallholders will be open from 9:00am on both Saturday and Sunday Morning for you before the day visitors arrive from 10:00am.
