Terms & Conditions

We are now inviting entries to the Art of Spirit Exhibition 2026, where creativity and spirit unite in support of a worthy cause.


Event Details

📍 Venue: Undercroft Gallery, 112–134 Market Place, Norwich, NR2 1ND (behind Norwich Market)
📅 Public Exhibition Dates: Thursday 7th May 2026 – Sunday 17th May 2026
🕓 Opening Hours: 10.00am – 2.00pm (weekdays) / 10.00am – 4.00pm (weekends)

🎨 Artist Viewing (preview): Wednesday 6th May 2026, 10.00am – 2.00pm
🎟️ Private Viewing (ticketed event): Wednesday 6th May 2026, 5.00pm – 8.00pm


Exhibition Spaces & Artwork

Bay – £50
Approx. 2.5m wide x 2m high, limit 18 items.
We will try to display additional pieces but cannot guarantee they’ll remain within your bay.
If booking a bay, please also provide a 300-word artist introduction (due at least 1 week before the event).

Artwork Only – £4 each
Maximum 8 pieces, with no single piece exceeding 50cm x 50cm.

Prints & Flat Artwork – £10
Maximum 15 pieces, individually labelled and protected in sleeves.

Cards – £10
Maximum 30 pieces, for table-top display only.

Artwork List:
Please submit your completed Artwork List template (provided via email) by 1st April 2026.


Eligibility & Presentation

  • All works must be ready to hang, and preferably framed and signed.
  • Labels (provided via link) must be printed and attached securely to the back of each piece (not visible from the front).
  • Prints and cards must be individually marked with initials and price, and sealed in protective covers.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or limit the number of pieces due to space or over-subscription.
  • All artwork must be the artist’s own creation – copies or reproductions are not permitted.

Sales & Payments

  • All sales are handled by the organisers.
  • A 10% commission will be deducted from the total sale value.
  • All accounts will be settled in full by w/c Monday 1st June 2026 – please provide accurate BACS details for payment.

Delivery & Collection

  • Artwork Delivery: Saturday 2nd May 2026 – please specify morning or afternoon preference.
  • Artwork Collection: Monday 18th May 2026 or Tuesday 19th May 2026.
  • While every effort will be made to accommodate preferences, timings cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please note there is no on-site parking.
  • If you are unable to deliver or collect on the designated dates, please contact the organisers to arrange alternatives.

Insurance & Accessibility

  • Every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all artwork; however, organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. Artists are required to insure their own work.
  • Due to the building’s listed status, the venue is not fully disability-friendly. Please notify organisers in advance of any access requirements so we can make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Supporting the Event

We kindly ask all exhibitors to:

  • Share event posts and display promotional materials where possible.
  • Volunteer a day or 2 to help with the event if you can.
