• You must hold Public Liability Insurance, as well as any other insurance relevant to your business.
  
  
• Orion Events will NOT accept any responsibility whatsoever for any losses, so will not entertain claims.
  
  
• Orion Events has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present for the event. For these measures to be effective, please take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring by removing obstacles which may cause tripping, falling or equipment/ goods falling onto people.
  
  
• Set up will be from 9:00am, we will be open to the public at 10:00am until 3:00pm. (Reydon Sports and Community Centre is set up from 10:00am opening 11:00am until 4:00pm).
  
  
• Please DO NOT start packing down until the end time - anyone found doing so, may result in not attending future fairs and any monies already paid will not be refunded.
  
  
• The inside space is for a maximum 6ft x 4ft space.  If you require a double space then its an extra £10.00.
  
  
• Once unloaded please park your car furthest away from from the venue as possible to allow customers to park closer.
  
  
• Please ensure that all rubbish is removed and disposed of off-site.
  
  
• Payment is due 6 weeks prior to the event date.  If at time of booking it is less than 6 weeks away then payment is required at the same time.  For bookings more than 6 weeks in advance then a payment reminder will be emailed to you 4 weeks prior to the payment date.
  
  
• A full refund will only be given if you have made payment and you cancel no less than 6 weeks prior to the event date, or we cancel the event.
  
  
• Orion Events do as much advertising s possible, but we do also rely on all Stallholders to share the event and picture with their own customers and followers to show their attendance - please include your social media links.
